Skilled Handyman and Team Leader ($25-$30/hr) Part time with potential for full time employment for the right candidate
We are a high-end construction company looking for an experienced handyman with strong team leadership skills. If you take pride in craftsmanship, enjoy leading a team, and want to work on unique, custom projects, this is the opportunity for you.
Job Responsibilities:
-Read and interpret and follow blueprints, plans, and detailed specifications.
-Ensure projects are completed on time, to quality standards, and within scope.
-Collaborate with other trades and project managers to maintain smooth workflows.
What We're Looking For:
-5+ years of proven experience in construction with a strong portfolio of quality work.
-Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
-Has painting experience
-Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project needs.
-Ability to speak English and Spanish fluently.
-Valid Drivers License
