We specialize in residential and commercial electrical work, serving clients across Texas and New Mexico. Our company is built on a commitment to quality, safety, and efficiency. As we continue to expand, we are seeking experienced journeyman electricians to join our team.
Position Overview:
We are looking forskilled 4th year Apprentices or a Fresh Journeymanto handle a variety of electrical projects. This role requires an individual who can ensure compliance with NEC codes, troubleshoot efficiently, and deliver high-quality conduit workmanship.
All new hires will be subject to a90-day probationary periodas a1099 contractor. During this time, performance, reliability, and adherence to company standards will be evaluated. Upon successful completion of the probationary period, W2 eligibility status will be determined based on demonstrated skills and dependability.
Responsibilities:
Perform electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance per NEC standards.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues effectively.
Work independently or as part of a team on commercial and residential projects.
Maintain a clean and organized job site, ensuring safety protocols are met.
Requirements:
Valid Electrician License of at least 3 years(Texas or reciprocal state).
Minimum 3yearsof hands-on electrical experience.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems.
Ability to work 40-50 hours per week.
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
OSHA certificationis a plus.
