As a TIG Welder at Excalibur RDM, you will play a crucial role in our production process. You will be responsible for welding various metal components with a high degree of precision and ensuring the final products meet our quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
Perform TIG welding on various metal materials, including aluminum and stainless steel.
Read and interpret drawings and blueprints to understand welding requirements.
Set up and operate TIG welding equipment, including selecting appropriate settings.
Ensure proper cleaning and preparation of materials before welding.
Monitor and maintain the welding equipment to ensure it functions optimally.
Inspect welded components to ensure they meet quality standards and make necessary adjustments as needed.
Safe handling and operation of machines (band saw, drill press, press brake, plasma cutter, hand tools).
Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a TIG Welder, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Expertise in TIG welding techniques, with the ability to weld various metals.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.
Knowledge of welding equipment and tools, with the ability to set up and troubleshoot as necessary.
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
