Commercial construction company hiring Superintendents & Assistant Superintendents to oversee projects with fast turnarounds. Attention to detail, commitment to the project, and available to travel at least two weeks away from home at a time are requirements.
We are a medium sized company doing retail construction for a national corporation. Our main office is located in Terrell, Tx with a satellite office in Cedar Creek, Tx. Our projects range from $50,000-$2,000,000, with projects rarely going past 9 weeks.
Must have a reliable truck and construction experience. The Superintendent position will schedule subs, order materials, send daily reports and photos/videos, and keep job on schedule. Assistant superintendent has growth potential and assists the Superintendent manage the project and picks up material.
