I am a small company of 25 employees. I currently own 7 bucket trucks, 2 skid steers with mulching heads, a tractor and a few other machines. We’re looking to hire experienced climbers & bucket operators. MUST have tree experience. We’re currently working 5-10s and that is projected to last the remaining of the year. 90% of our working is Trimmimg/removing trees from power lines. I provide your bucket with all equipment necessary. You will have paid holidays, Christmas bonus, company shirts, pants & boots provided. I also put in a weekly bonus of $100 cash per person if all crews hit a certain amount of work as an incentive. I am only looking for safe, reliable & honest individuals. I will also pay a $1000 sign on bonus, After your first 4 weeks of being on time I will give you $500 and two weeks after that the remaining $500. Pay will be around $23+/- an hour depending on experience.
