Job Overview
We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Window and Door Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience installing and ordering windows. The role requires strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to learn new processes quickly.
Responsibilities
Scheduling: Coordinate job crews for window measurements and installations.
Order Processing: Process measurement data into accurate window and door orders.
Customer Confirmation: Confirm orders with customers before submission.
Order Management: Place and manage orders with manufacturers.
Timeline Management: Monitor estimated arrival times and keep customers informed.
Communication: Act as the point of contact for sales team inquiries, warranty issues, and customer questions.
Problem-solving: Address any issues with orders, timelines, or installations as they arise.
Requirements
Education: High school diploma (no GED).
Language: English must be your first language.
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Highly responsive and organized.
- A curiosity to learn and adaptability to new processes.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in window and door installation.
Familiarity with ordering windows from manufacturers.
