This is not for everyone , as previous military background,
this company requires extreme performance, punctuality, professionalism and being humble, hungry and hard-working.
We Do Not TOLERATE Lateness (Not one minute - traffic or not) , plan your battlefied , and you will make certain and most of all build a brand of work we as a company are proud of
First 60 days is crucial , we expect most people not to make it,
it requires no hand-holding,
leadership, and punctuality
Job Scopes
1. Electric, basic plumbing, HVAC techs
2. install fans, switches, tv mounts, 3. baseboards, crown molding ,
4. swappin fawcetts, angle stops, cleaning pea traps
5. Drywall patches , spraying texturing
6. Windows, door installation
Daily Routines:
We require constant openness with conversation and phone , receiving 6-8 calls a day so for new estimates and jobs are began within 60-90 minute notice -
Communiction will increase your income every time , the more communication, the more i can offer work
This is a 3 month contract.
Get paid weekly.
Fast PROMOTIONS can happen, if work is done well, and just do basic requirements and full, every 20 work orders is a promotion until metrics are performed
2-3 hrs before a schedule clock-in
With Responses such as
“Flat tires, out of town, need to be with family, i had family troubles , didnt hear alarm, had a late night, medical/legal appointments coming from nowhere “ will bar you from work immediately
Clients are our priority, stand and walk with integrity, craftsmanship, charisma, impeccable honesty
excuses will not make you money and will not be tolerated

it requires professionalism, planning a timely planning with GPS, a respect for authority, taking photgraphs before/after every single day,
I am not the deck on hands, my role is to make sure you can make we require leadership, charisma, and very detailed craftsmanship
Daily Job Requirements
Must have Truck or SUV, must have your own tools, will require pictures
Will require contractor insurance and to keep your own vehicle insurance
Must be open to travel 1 hr radius
We aim to make things easy for our men, but it first requires discipline and leadership
