JERRY DIXON'S AUTOMOTIVE and KLASSIC KAR CENTER is SEEKING a FULL TIME project coordinator to join our family team.
We need a good project coordinator that has basic knowledge(and passion) of American classic cars, car repairs and restorations that can manage projects. This new position will involve working with all 4 divisions in the facility to organize with the technicians, parts department, service writers and general managers. The core duty is to manage the timeline of the vehicle projects in house and engage the proper departments when needed through the repair/restoration cycle. Must be fully competent in digital management systems and digital media to post progress on projects through our customer management system. You will be customer facing at times, but that is not the core duty. Monthly bonus incentives will be part of the pay structure. This is a new position to the organization, so we will be looking to you create your own system. If you like project coordination and classic cars - this is your dream job with no rules and a fresh start to create your own department. We are a small business, so everyone does a little of everything at times - but that is what makes it fun. Everyday is a unique and exciting day - you will not just be sitting at a desk all day. It is a very physically active job with lots of time on your feet and in the shop.
Qualifications:
Full time Monday - Friday 7a-4pm
Project Coordinator experience a must
A High School Diploma or GED. College hours a plus
You'll also need a high level of motivation, energy and a customer-focused attitude.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Knowledge on classic car performance upgrades, machinist, electrical and metal fabrication a plus
