Carrier Requirements Include:Active US DOT & MC numbersPrevious home delivery (white glove) experiencePrevious appliance,furniture and exercise delivery and installation experience26’ box truck (truck equipped with liftgate is a plus)
Minimum Insurance Requirements Include:General liability insurance ($1 million per occurrence; $2 million aggregate)Automobile liability (combined single limit of $1 million per occurrence; must also include hired car physical damage coverage with at least $100k per occurrence)Motor truck cargo liability (with not less than $50k per occurrence)Employers’ liabilityWorkers’ compensation, as required by law
