Courtesy Driver possesses excellent customer service and communication skills, a positive attitude and a professional appearance and demeanor. Our Courtesy Drivers transport customers and employees to and from the dealership. They assist the loaner team with checking in and out loaner vehicles to customers. Our team members are service oriented, customer centered and focused on safety.
Essential Job Functions:
Flexible Hours - shifts available Monday-Friday 6:00-6:30 and Saturday 7:00-4:00
Part time and full time hours
Knowledge of the city streets and ability to use GPS
Knowledge of hands free devices
Offer friendly and knowledgeable assistance
Greet each customer and provide help with getting in and out of vehicle
Ensure customer loyalty by providing excellent customer service and responding immediately to customer concerns
Meet grooming standards and proper uniform attire
Practice safe driving skills
Report all incidents immediately to supervisor
Keep shuttle vehicles neat and clean
Adhere to employer policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Must be 21 years old or older
Must pass a drug test
Cannot have a DWI charge
Pass background check
Provide 3 year driving record
High school diploma or equivalent
Reliable transportation to and from work
Valid Driver's License and social security card
Customer service experience a plus
Presentable appearance and demeanor
Duties Include but not limited too:
Open loaner desk
Stage loaners for guest on drive
Organize keys for the day
Organize pick and deliveries for the day
Close loaner desk
Verify all keys and loaners are accountable
Stage loaners on drive
Ensure clean and settings are set to standards
Park in appropriate areas
Check in/out guest loaners - TSD Program
Check in & inspect loaners on drive
Remove loaners from service drive and park in appropriate area
Wash loaners (automatic wash)
Update and verify vehicle information in TSD
Drive guest to and from dealership
Assist and direct guest in service area
Assist guest with check out of process (if busy in service area or if advisor is not available)
Greet guest on drive
Deliver loaners and pick up guests cars
Deliver guest cars and pick up loaners
Test drive guest cars
Compensation:
Starting at $12-15 per hour
