we are hiring Senior Mechanic
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Proven ability to diagnose, service and repair mechanical or technical problems effectively.
Diagnosed and repaired various vehicle issues, including engine, transmission, and electrical
system problems, achieving a 95% customer satisfaction rate.
Performed routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake
replacements, reducing customer wait times.
Perform repairs to manufacturer and customer specifications.
Proficient in the use of a wide range of hand and power tools.
Proficient reading repair manuals and liaising with other professionals.
Performs work as outlined on the Multi-point Inspection and/or Repair Order with
efficiency and accuracy.
Verifies vehicle serviceability by conducting test drives, adjusting controls, and updating
systems.
Explains technical diagnosis and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals which may
include the Manager, Service Consultants and/or customers.
Recommends services that are necessary to keep the customer's vehicle in running
condition; properly documents all recommendations in the customer file.
Follows all safety procedures and reports any concerns to the Manager or service
consultant.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferable.
Maintains appropriate ASE certifications and renewals of expiring certifications.
Possess State Inspector License or ability to obtain a State Inspector license within 30 days
of hire date.
Position Requirements:
Minimum, 2 years of experience on European Cars
Minimum of 2 year of experience on Domestic Cars.
Ability to work a minimum of five days, including Saturdays (Monday to Friday, Day shift.)
Ability to work extra hours.
Must have valid driver’s license and valid SSC or ITIN.
Legally able to work in the USA.

Compensation:
Contractor hourly based. Pay off on Mondays
