Job Description: WIX Website Implementation Specialist
Overview:
I am launching a coaching website and seeking a skilled and detail-oriented WIX specialist to help implement and optimize my site for seamless functionality. The website template is already designed, and I need someone with technical expertise in WIX to ensure the pages are fully functional and set up to meet my business needs.
Responsibilities:
Page Layout & Functionality: Set up and organize pages to include essential features for booking coaching calls and purchasing courses.
Booking System: Configure an integrated scheduling system where clients can:
Pay online for services.
Schedule appointments through a calendar link.
Receive automated Zoom meeting links and calendar invites after booking.
E-Commerce for Courses: Create pages for three courses, ensuring each has:
Payment processing.
Automated calendar scheduling.
Zoom link delivery to purchasers via email.
Client Interface: Implement a feature allowing clients to create personal logins to:
Access courses they’ve joined.
View recorded sessions and notes uploaded after each session.
Collaboration: Work alongside a designer (provided) who will handle the site’s style and color scheme, while you focus on functionality and technical implementation.
Examples Provided: Follow provided examples to accurately replicate the desired setup and ensure smooth user experience.
Requirements:
Proven experience with WIX, including advanced features like booking systems, e-commerce, and client portals.
Ability to integrate calendar tools and Zoom with automated workflows.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Clear communication and willingness to collaborate with other team members.
This is a short-term project focused on transforming the template into a fully functional booking and course-hosting site for my coaching business.
