At Chicken Express, the Cook is a very important position.The cook sets the tempo for the store and must thrive in a fast pace environment.The cook must care about our guests receiving consistent Chicken E quality each time they choose to dine with us.The cook must follow Chicken E standards in cooking and cleaning the fryers.Having situational awareness as to what times are busy and how much product needs to be prepared to meet the operational tempo of the store throughout the day.The cook should take pride in their work and care that the product was cooked to Chicken Express standards.Do not be surprised if the founder walks in and starts looking at your product and asking you questions.The cook must be in constant communication with the manager regarding food levels and alert them of any short comings.Culture Expectations for our Team
