Brokerage Office.I co-manage two offices – One for single-family home rentals (corporate and private) and one for B2B apartment locating (referrals). You can work remotely (or from home) from just about anywhere in Texas. We match renters with a wide range of properties statewide. A renter may have a multitude of challenges renting, may be relocating around Texas, is inexperienced, or may just be very busy. The work you would do is to either have a brief consultation with renters to gather their answers to pre-screening questions OR work as their assigned agent to support them throughout their visiting and move-in process. Our staff can work 7 days a week from the office, from our homes, and in the field to support real estate agents, so ALL SHIFTS are available, part-time or full-time. The two types of work involves different levels of commitment and rewards, one where the tasks are quicker to complete, but is driven by networking and marketing, while the other focuses on client research and consultations, so whichever one best matches your life is the right choice! Immediate onboarding, no waiting. Agent contracts are month-to-month with LOTS of flexibility and growth once you get in. No long-term commitments are necessary and you can work other jobs as well.
