Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Caregiver/ Personal Care age 45-up to provide compassionate care and support to individuals in need of assisted living services. The ideal candidate will have a background in caregiving, patient care, and experience in hospice, dementia, memory care, home health, senior care, nursing home, and patient monitoring. Beaumont, Port Arthur, Orange, and surrounding Areas.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Monitor and report changes in client's health or behavior
- Help with meal preparation and medication reminders
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
- Accompany clients to appointments or outings as needed
Experience
- Previous experience in assisted living or caregiving roles is preferred
- Knowledge of patient care practices and techniques
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
