Seldin Company is seeking a Lead Service Technician at The Trace at North Major apartment community in Beaumont, Texas. ÂThis is a conventional property with 110 units.
We pride ourselves in the quality living experience we provide to our residents and therefore are considering individuals with demonstrated abilities in the areas of multifamily property maintenance and preventative maintenance and are HVAC certified.
ÂWhat You Will Do
Â
The Lead Service TechnicianÂwill diagnose and perform major, minor and routine maintenance/repairsÂas well as provide exceptional customer service to the communitys residents.Â

Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified
Â
Three to four years related experience and/or training
Ability to work independently
EPA or HVAC certification is required
Tolerance to all extremes of hot and cold weather
Be available for on-call maintenance schedule
