Our client, the largest manufacturer of roofing materials in the US is seeking a long term temporary office services associate for their Port Neches office.
The position is for 6 months + with potential to hire.
The schedule to start is Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday 8a-4p to start and in September Monday will be added for a 4 day work week.
Pay Rate: $24
Role/Responsibilities:
Administrative tasks associated with submittals and product requests including: printing, compiling and binding hard copies; gathering product samples; packaging hard copies and system products; preparing UPS labels; emailing tracking information to requestors. Inventory: of product inventory for production room and general office supplies.
Organizing Production Room: including light lifting stocking shelves and disposing of old inventory.
Data Entry: for opportunities in salesforce; project folders on google drive; light maintenance of team documents.
Must have strong organizational skills and knowledge of Google Suite Apps and MS Office.
Must be familiar with small office machines. ie: printers, copy machines.
