Professionally licensed independent agent with a rapidly expanding regional agency (5 states and growing) is looking to hire an assistant. The majority of job duties can /will be performed virtually. The general scope of work will include setting client appointments, general administration, conservation and customer service. This position will require a consistently quiet workplace, a flexible schedule, smart phone & computer/laptop (assistance may be available if you don't have a computer). All necessary training will be provided & every Friday is payday!
This position will start part-time at 20 to 30 hours per week, with a high probability of increasing to a full-time position within the next 45 to 60 days. Pay will start at $15 per hour with a 30-day review to determine the fit for the next 30 days. After 60 days we will review overall performance & discuss increased hourly rates & future options (higher hourly rate and/or hourly rate plus commission, benefits, etc). You should be intelligent, dependable, hardworking, willing to learn, open to new things, fun and highly motivated. I'm seeking a driven individual who wants a career not just a job.
