Front Desk Officer and Rover needed
CCTV experience appreciated
Downtown Professional Building
MUST be able to fill in for other
MUST attend client training throughout work tenure
MUST BE AVAILABLE WEEKENDS
Assist tenants and visitors in a courteous, professional manner
Log service contractors in and out of building and advise contractors of building rules
Monitor building parking and assist guests, visitors and contractors with parking needs
Maintain building security and access (key box. monitors and periodic patrol of premises)
Coordinate access to tenants at request of tenants or in emergencies
Enforce building rules regarding use of common areas and garage
Monitor building fire alarm system readiness
Maintain a daily log of building activities
Be aware of and execute building emergency procedures
Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency personnel in the event of incidents
Notify management company (building manager or main office) in the event of incidents
Prepare incident reports in the event of breaches of building security, safety or rule
Report safety concerns, security breaches and unusual circumstances both verbally and in writing
Build, improve and maintain effective relationships with both client employees and guests
Answer questions and assist guests and employees
Answer phones or greet guests / employees in a professional, welcoming manner
Stand or walk constantly on various surfaces (tile, concrete, carpet)
Climb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shift

Pay: $12.00 per hour
