The ideal candidate is an individual with a self-willed motivation to succeed. Outside B2B Sales Rep. - Base + High Commission (Beaumont/Golden Triangle)

Responsibilities:
Developing relationships with New B2B Clients with a goal of earning their business
Responsible for generating profitable sales through both existing and prospective leads.
Follow up on leads, commitments and opportunities
Daily input and maintenance of database on all prospects, effectively using the system to manage sales efforts.
Develop and execute sales strategy and action plan to meet monthly sales quota
Developing and pursuing new opportunities, ensuring client satisfaction through regular communication, and supporting company goals, initiatives, objectives, and sales process are imperative.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. High-level commitment to exceptional customer service and relationship building.
2. Understanding of solution selling and creating value for business clients.
3. Strong problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills.
4. Self-motivated, with ability to work individually and in a team environment.
5. Dependable, prompt and reliable. Follow instruction and take direction, yet offer solutions and progressive ideas that would improve profitability
6. Clear and effective communication of information, both orally and in writing
7. 3+ years' experience in a business-to-business sales environment, creating and executing a territory management plan. Bonus if in a relevant industry
8. Must have a valid driver's license, insurance and reliable transportation
9. Must be a detail-oriented, thorough, and organized
