We currently have immediate openings for Full Time Sales Representatives.
The role of our Sales Representative is to be a primary resource for our clients, when processing storm restoration property claims. They handle everything from the initial exterior home inspection, to processing the final paperwork that goes through when a renovation is complete. Please note that this is a Sales Position.
Job Duties Include
Generating new business by completing inspections assigned territories
Providing clients with the highest level of satisfaction in customer service
Maintaining consistent communication with both the client & with the sales / production
Responsible for managing and maintaining confidential client documents
Being knowledgeable in industry practices, in order to be the primary resource for clients
Ideal Candidates
Be reliable & display strong work ethic
Time Management Skills
Demonstrates exceptional communication skills & the ability to multitask and prioritize
Enjoys working in a team environment Requirements
Sales or Customer Service experience is a plus, but willing to train the right person
Ability to perform various physical asks including climbing ladders & working at roof heights.
We are looking for 10 Sales reps. Experience in the Roofing industry, Solar Panels or similar is a plus. We provide training.

We use a software program that tracks patterns of weather.
We know what neighborhoods will be in need of our services. You must be prepared to generate business. Everyone in our company knocks doors, whether they have been with the company 10 years or 1 month. Most of our business comes from referrals from satisfied neighbors.
Our Sales make:
1st year - $75K-125K
2nd year- $90k-$200K
3rd year - $200K +
We want people who want to earn more than $10,000 dollars or more a month.

You Must Have "SALES EXPERIENCE" Like selling Cars, Insurance, Real Estate, Home improvement, Mortgages, Home Security Systems, Roofing, Solar, Advertising Sales, Door to Door, Time Share, etc. If you have REAL Sales experience.
