Aerotek is hiring experienced CompoundersJob DescriptionPrepare and stage materials for compounding. Interpret batch schedules to correctly label production packaging. Operate sit-down, stand-up forklifts, and electric hand trucks to move materials and finished products. Utilize mobile and floor scales to accurately weigh compound ingredients, raw materials, and finished products according to batch records. Load, maintain, monitor, and clean blenders, mixers, and production weigh areas. Cleaning tasks include running cleaning cycles, removing excess materials, replacing filters, and cleaning blades and tanks between batches. Operate packaging equipment and palletizing systems. Pull and transfer samples to the lab for quality testing. Ensure all small ingredients are weighed and labeled correctly.
