Positions Available:
Helpers/ Laborer (Starting at 18+/hourly rate based on experience)
Roofers/Technicians (Starting at 22+/hour based on experience)
Foreman/Leadman (Starting at $25+/hour based on experience)
Applicant Requirements:
Strong work ethics and leadership skills.
Solid knowledge of roofing systems and materials.
Minimum of 5 years experience in commercial roofing, including ISO Tapered Systems, Metal Work, Scuppers, Down Spouts, Gutters, etc.
Comprehensive understanding of job site safety protocols
Detail-oriented and show pride in workmanship
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass pre-employment, criminal background, and drug screening
Verifiable references
US citizenship or valid work permit
Willingness to travel out of state for government projects; with David bacon wages and per diem provide.
Physical Demands:
Ability to lift heavy objects
Climb ladders and stairs
Work at heights
