1. JOB SUMMARY:
⢠The agency producer assists the agent to achieve their short-term and long-term goals through actively marketing and prospecting for new clients, supports the agency in cross selling existing clients and retain clients through the execution of various retention systems.
2. JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
⢠Get a minimum of 2 leads per day. And enter information on MVP system.
⢠Makes 40 dials per hour using scripts provided by agent. Agent determines the focus of the calls.
⢠Calls include:
a. Cold calls
b. Set up events
c. Window shopping
d. Gathering Leads
e. Setting appointments
f. Confirming appointments
⢠Assist on Beginning of day activates or any duties agent has scheduled for that Day
⢠Must manage all leads and appointments that agent gets by using MVP lead management system.
⢠Records all appointments on the producer/Agent calendar, quote tracker or MVP. Input client profile notes and appointment on MVP.
⢠Engages in see more behaviors by working with agent on various active marketing avenues
⢠Documents all calls on agency MVP.
⢠Integrates his/her activities with agency goals
3. SKILLS, QUALITIES & JOB QUALIFICATIONS
⢠Previous customer service and sales producing experience highly preferred.
⢠Possess basic math skills, strong analytical capability, conflict resolution skills, and strong verbal and communication skills.
⢠Goal oriented
⢠Desire to fulfill commitment

⢠Self driven
⢠This position will require having flexibility to work non-standard hours and having the ability to adhere to a structured schedule.
⢠Must be able to work fixed hours and be flexible to work non-standard hours when needed.

4. JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
⢠Education Background: High School or GED minimum requirement.
