Shallow Sport Boats is seeking a Parts Manager to oversee all aspects of parts procurement and distribution. This leadership role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in computer literacy. Responsibilities include collaborating with vendors, managing inventory, overseeing QuickBooks operations, and working across departments. Marine experience is welcome but not essential. Bilingual skills are a plus. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
