We’re looking for a reliable, bilingual (English & Spanish) person to help manage rental properties (50 units) in Brownsville, TX.
What you’ll do:
- Be the main contact for tenants (not payments, just property issues).
- Visit properties when tenants move out or when showing to new tenants.
- Check and report problems, call the right service providers (plumber, electrician, etc.).
- Keep the owner updated.
Requirements:
- Must live in Brownsville, TX.
- Own vehicle and driver’s license.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish).
- Previous experience in property management, real estate, or tenant relations required
- Flexible availability for visits.
- Organized and good with communication.
