The Boeing Company's Engineering, Test and Technology (ET&T) Human Resources (HR) organization is currently seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to join their team supporting Engineering Workforce Strategy.

As a Senior Human Resources Generalist supporting Engineering Workforce Strategy you will be a key member of the Engineering Strategy and Operations organization. This position will be responsible for partnering across HR organizations, and with Engineering leaders, to develop, implement and lead innovative staffing strategies across ET&T, which can include, but is not limited to, the areas of University Recruiting, External Technical Affiliations (ETA), Engineering Accelerated Hiring Initiative (EAHI), and Equity, Diversity and Inclusion. This role will also help to envision and execute staffing strategies to support critical business imperatives across ET&T, evolving to support the speed of the business.
The ideal candidate will have strategic thinking, strong written and oral communication skills, collaboration, independent judgment and the ability to influence others.
