You will conduct Commercial Support and settlement duties for various (CCM/R) precious metal refinery / salts & solutions accounts. You will support account managers to deliver consistent, fast and reliable customer experience resulting in long term business partnerships. Additionally, you will serve as the Customer Care contact for North America regarding Seneca refining services and Salts & Solutions.Formula for SuccessLeveraging your education and experience in customer account management as a team leader and/or a project manager, you will lead a project team and report on the monthly commercial KPI dashboard.
Your strong sales forecasting and computer skills (particularly in Microsoft Excel, Word, and database PC software) will serve you well as you generate the weekly receipts forecast and maintain the customer terms database. Additionally, you will provide weekly/monthly financial forecast updates.
Demonstrating your inside selling skills, you will work closely with the commercial team to learn the industry and customers, conduct consistent follow-ups, and proactively act on leads and onboard new customers by following set procedures.
Your SAP transactions and record maintenance experience will be essential as you maintain customer material profiles.
Utilizing your strong business acumen, you will monitor daily credit line reports and the customer AR ledger.
Your logistics experience will beneficial as you provide customer communications and support, as well as transportation and purchase order document processing.
