Description We are searching for an Accounts Payable Clerk in Carrollton, Texas. This role centers around managing disbursements for allcompanies, which includes check runs, ACH, and occasional wires. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in conducting a thorough review of what needs to be paid and to which vendor, ensuring efficient and accurate disbursement processes.Responsibilities: Handle all disbursements for various companies in a timely and accurate manner. Coordinate with additional offices for check runs and other disbursement processes. Understand and implement the disbursement process, including controls and positive pay. Assist with cash flow forecasting, specifically regarding when payments will occur throughout the month, quarter, etc. Review vendor setup and manage 1099s and W2s. Collaborate with procurement to conduct analysis and extract necessary data. Compile a disbursement run for proper approvals. Use Microsoft Excel and other data entry tools for efficient invoice processing and account reconciliation. Utilize NetSuite and other tools to enhance the disbursement process.
