Primary Services is looking for Bilingual Customer Care Representatives. The Customer Care Representative supporting XOOM Inbound Customer Care is a universal agent who is able to perform all customer service needs. The XOOM CCR is the primary point of contact for residential customers who contact the Customer Care Center by phone through the Customer Care line of business.
A Customer Care Representative is responsible for performing the functions that range from simple to complex issues including: complaint resolution, retention activity, account maintenance, billing inquiries, awards inquiries, etc.
Qualifications/Requirements:
High School Diploma
Spanish fluency is a required
Superb communication skills
1+ years of customers service/call center experience
