Opening for SERVICE WRITER\ADVISOR
Our Service Writer position is a frontline role to Customers for their automotive needs. In addition, this position works closely with our Technicians and Part suppliers. Looking for individual with strong communication skills, ability to multi-task and handle Customer care.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Greeting customers and scheduling service and appointments
Documenting customer concerns and needs of vehicle
Communicating repairs estimates necessary for customer vehicles
QUALIFICATIONS
Valid driver’s license
General Automotive, Parts knowledge preferred
