Event: Soft Drink Brand - Fan Convention Event
Overview: ATN Event Staffing is seeking energetic brand ambassadors to represent a leading soft drink brand at a super fun fan event. As part of our team you will play a key part in delivering a memorable brand experience for guests.
About: This event is the longest student-run fan convention in the world! The event will host many esteemed guests, a larger dealer's room and artist's alley, TCG and video game tournaments, a cosplay contest, panels, performances, and more!
Rate: Estimated $320.00 ($20.00/hr)
Location: College Station, TX
Dates: Saturday, February 1st - Sunday, February 2nd
Shift: 10:00am - 6:00pm
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate effectively within a team to execute the brand promotion seamlessly
- Distribute the complimentary products to guests
- Assist with onsite interactive elements (photo booth, games etc)
- Contribute to the set-up and break-down of event materials
- Monitor and replenish stock as needed
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the event area
Qualifications:
Exhibit an outgoing and friendly demeanor, consistently upholding a professional image
Prior experience in retail, brand ambassadorship, customer service, or guest services
IMPORTANT requirement for this role: A fully "cleared" background check which will be conducted by our agency through a quick and simple submission process (cost is covered by ATN with no fee to candidate).
Advancement Opportunities: Successful candidates may be considered for future roles within this program and other similar high-profile events.
Referral Program: We offer $25.00/per staff referral and have multiple openings available for this event.
