Big Creek Construction is now hiring for the position of Flagger in the Caldwell, TX area.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Flag motorists to warn them of obstacles or repair work ahead
Traffic Control
Responsible for keeping work zone and passing cars safe using Stop/Slow paddle/flags/signs
Direct traffic flow using DOT regulations
Communicating with team members to ensure safety for all
Maintain a consistent and unrelenting focus on safety throughout all job functions.
Any duties assigned by the Supervisor
Qualifications
Class C driver’s license and good driving record a plus
Physical Qualifications
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Must be able to work in hot and cold weather conditions
