I have owned a successful online sales business for over 15 years in Bryan and run it myself, but the business has grown ever since I've started it, and I have had to pay friends lately to help to get everything done, but sometimes it gets to where I often have to work over 80 hours a week myself when its busy, and if I am unable to pay friends to help because they are unavailable, I have no option but to do everything myself. Which a lot of times I can handle, but I'm also getting older and its getting harder to work 80 hr weeks (there are times when its slower and I only need to work 30-50 hrs.it just depends on how busy the business is).
So I am looking for someone that is able to take a little bit of the large amount of work I need to do every week, off my hands. It would probably help if it were a college student, or someone ok with a little physical activity, (its not usually anything to heavy, and I have a lot of equipment for anything heavy) because some moving is involved, and also, possibly using social media could be a benefit. Must have a vehicleThe type of work could be anything though.from online work, to packaging / shipping items, to going out of town to pick up some items, organizing inventory, and other similar activities.
I am very flexible on schedule, and could use someone for anywhere between 10-40 hours a week (may depend on the person, and or if business is busy or not, etc, but technically there is more then enough work to do to where it could be a full time position, if more hours are wanted). Pay is negotiable but I'd think just in general, to start $15 an hour would be good, or $20 an hour if you already know how to do a lot of the things my business does.but there also is incredible opportunity here for the right person as well, because adding commissions in the future is an option, large bonuses are an option, and even long term, possibly part owner type of thing could be possible, and everything in between, again, if the right person were to be found, since I am the sole owner.
