```Duties```
- Operate and monitor plant equipment and systems to ensure efficient and effective operation
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment
- Collect and analyze data related to plant operations
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed
- Monitor and adjust process parameters to maintain optimal performance
- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations
- Maintain accurate records of plant operations and maintenance activities
```Skills```
- Strong knowledge of wastewater treatment processes and equipment
- Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data
- Proficiency in equipment repair and maintenance
- Experience with distributed control systems (DCS) and programmable logic controllers (PLC)
- Knowledge of water treatment principles and practices
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
