Bandall Property Solutions is currently looking for contractors to help cover the Dallas Metro for maintenance and repairs on REO and Investor Owned properties. We are looking to board a qualified, professional, and honest contractor for property preservation work in this region.
We currently have a need for contractors with the ability to perform and complete the following items (not limited to):
Grass Cuts
Lock Changes
Inspections
Winterizations
Debris Removal/Trash Outs
Light Construction Repairs
Sales Cleans/Maid Services
Contractors must have their own vehicle, computer, printer, & smart phone as we utilize Property Preservation Wizard to disseminate work, invoice, capture PCR forms, and capture photo results. You will also need your own equipment, locks, lawn mower, and any other tools needed to complete work orders in a timely manner.
