We are looking for an up and coming SUPER STAR to join our team in the role as an Assistant Community Manager for our Arbors at Wolf Pen Creek Property! The Assistant Community Manager will work with our Community Manager to assist in obtaining the goals and objectives for the company. The lucky individual will also help to set the stage for an incredible high level of customer service to our residents, vendors, and employees.
To start the Assistant Community Manager will:
Work with the Community Manager to ensure all company financial and business objectives are being achieved
Help to steer the NOI by managing occupancy at the maximum achievable rents
Lead by example on effective lease negotiations, help with renewal strategies, and resident retention/resident satisfaction plans
Assist with the community operations and functions as directed
Keep a watchful eye over the community in accordance with company standard
Aid the Community Manager in providing regular operations efficiency reports as required
Here's the training you probably have completed:
Associate degree or the equivalent obtained knowledge and experience through hands-on learning
Minimum of two to three years in an assistant community manager role
Comprehension of federal fair housing laws and any applicable local housing provisions
Attention to detail with great organizational skills
Capable of performing duties with limited supervision
Imperative ability to meet deadlines
