We are a full service, auto repair facility looking to add to our staff. Looking for qualified auto techs with certifications and/or experience .
JOB DESCRIPTION
Your responsibilities/duties will include, but are not limited to a dedication and commitment: to the company's mission statement, to company profitability and to 100% customer satisfaction.
You will be required to work on customers vehicle from start to finish, including road testing to verify complaint and diagnose to see what is needed to repair the vehicle along with a complete courtesy check to find any other problems. Repairs will be completed in a clean and timely fashion with attention to quality, honor, detail and completion.
Must work well with others as a team toward a common goal. He/she will have all work checked by a master technician or service adviser/manager before being turned in as completed.
The qualified technician should have the following:
*ASE certifications a plus
*3-5 years of hands-on experience as an Automotive Technician
*An extensive following
*Display knowledge of automotive systems and be able to apply that knowledge
*Ability to arrive at the shop on time and ready to work
* Must be able to work on all makes & models
* Must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision
*MUST PROVIDE OWN TOOLS
*Must demonstrate ability to be a positive team player
*Must demonstrate ability to communicate and listen well
