We’re looking for a reliable, self-motivated Field Operations Assistant to join our team at Muleshoe Buildings. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work, and wants to be part of a team building quality metal structures across Texas.
What You’ll Do:
Pick up and deliver building materials, tools, and equipment
Install job site signage and perform site prep duties
Paint steel beams and perform basic touch-ups
Clean up job sites and haul off debris when the work is done
Keep our trucks, tools, and shop clean and organized
Perform basic maintenance on equipment to keep things running smooth
Support the crew in any way needed to help get the job done right
What We’re Looking For:
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (CDL a plus but not required)
Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various conditions
Dependable, punctual, and ready to work as part of a team
Takes initiative and doesn’t wait to be told what to do
Basic mechanical skills are a big plus
