What We’re Looking For:
High attention to detail – quality is our top priority
Proficiency in interior and exterior trim removal and reassembly
Self-starter mindset – reliable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision
Experience in hail-damaged vehicle repair environments is a major plus
Bilingual (English/Spanish or Portuguese) candidates encouraged to apply
