Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Billing Specialist in Corpus Christi, Texas. As a Billing Specialist, your role will center around handling customer accounts and inquiries, ensuring the accuracy of customer records, and managing applications.Responsibilities: Efficiently handling data entry tasks related to customer accounts and applications. Utilizing Microsoft Excel for various tasks, including maintaining accurate customer credit records. Performing calculations to monitor and manage customer accounts. Resolving customer inquiries related to billing and account status. Taking appropriate action to rectify any discrepancies or issues in customer accounts.
