The Office assistant/Accounting Specialist will report to the owner.
Duties:
- general office duties to include - answering phones, greeting guests, ordering supplies, keeping files organized and other misc office assistant duties/errand.
- accounting duties may include journal entries, general ledger reconciliations, etc. using Quick-books and Excel
- accounting and office experience
- proficient with Microsoft Office
- strong attention to detail
- ability to multi-task
