Receptionist needed for centrally located tax preparation service.
Duties include:
Answering telephone calls for the business.
Scheduling appointments for clients as they call in.
Interacting with clients to obtain information to prepare tax return.
Preparing and filing client folders.
Must have computer skills with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Must be professional in appearance.
Must be detailed oriented and able to perform projects as needed.
