We are looking for SWIM INSTRUCTORS/LIFE GAURDS/SUMMER CAMP COACHS. These positions will need to have a current CPR and First Aid certification.
SWIM INSTRUCTORS:
Compensation
Earn $25+ per lesson
We are looking to hire professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach swim lessons at our facility in Flour Bluff. We supply the clients, and work with a flexible schedule.
-Swim instruction to individuals of all ages from infants to adults and all skill levels from learn to swim to master swimming.
-Swim Instructor Responsibilities
-Conduct private (1-1) and small group (4 swimmers) swim lessons.
-Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
-Assess student's skills, monitor student's progress and adapt lessons to meet student's & clients needs.
-Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
-Ensure safety of the student at all times.
Required Qualifications
At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
LIFE GAURD:
$15 per hour
Surveying a body of water and conducting rescues to help weak or injured swimmers get to safety.
Speaking with swimmers to enforce swimming rules.
Keeping track of each swimmer in the water.
Administering first aid to injured swimmers.
Supervising swimmers and enforcing facility rules.
Monitoring weather conditions.
Inspecting safety equipment.
Required Qualifications
At least 1 years of swim instruction or lifeguard experience.
ALL PROSTECTED EMPLOYEES FOR ALL POSITIONS.
-Must be 16 years of age or older
-CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
-Reliable transportation.
-A professional and positive attitude, especially when working with children and adults.
-Clear a background check and drug screen.
CAMP STAFF
$15per Hour 8:30-2:30pm M-F Available to work from last week of May -1st week of Aug.
-At least 18+
-A passion for caring for and guiding children ages 6-14
-A healthy, positive and flexible attitude with strong teamwork skills
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-A friendly and empathetic attitude
-Be able to work with farm animals and horses.
