Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated CAD Draftsman to join our team, working directly under our Head Draftsman. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with CAD(e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D) and be proficient in Trimble Business Center, along with other industry-standard software. This role focuses primarily on drafting and requires a detail-oriented individual who can efficiently complete repetitive tasks while maintaining high-quality output. Experience in drawing civil plans is a significant plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed drawings and plans using CAD software, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
- Utilize Trimble Business Center for geospatial data integration and site modeling.
- Collaborate with the Head Draftsman and other team members to understand project requirements and deliver work on time.
- Revise and update existing drawings based on feedback and design changes.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation.
- Assist with civil plan drafting as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CAD Draftsman or in a similar role.
- Proficient in CAD software and Trimble Business Center.
- Familiarity with additional design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D) is preferred.
- Ability to draw civil plans is a significant plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to efficiently manage repetitive tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus.
