Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Hotel Guest Service Associate. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests with a warm and welcoming attitude.
Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately.
Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries.
Manage reservations and ensure accurate guest records.
Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.
Handle guest complaints or requests in a professional manner.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Assist with billing, payments, and invoicing.
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs.
Requirements:
High school diploma .
Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with computer systems and hotel management software.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
