Hiring for Hotel front desk
Front desk position:
The ideal candidate will have some hotel experience or experience in the customer service industry.
A variety of skills required to be successful with our company.
1. Ability to put our customers above everything else.
2. Ability to find solutions.
3. Ability to work without constant supervision, and multi task through a very busy work day of phone & personal contact.
Duties include but not limited to:
Checking in and out Guests
Answering all calls, making reservations
Conducting courtesy calls to guest
Properly handle cash and credit card transactions
Maintain cleanliness and organization of Front Desk, Snack shop and Business Center
Offer guest assistance when needed
Working with all departments ie: Housekeeping, Breakfast and Maintenance
Complies with all safety and security policies
