Apex medical Supply Services is hiring a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations.
This is a full time job position and onsite at our office
Working Hours :Mon to Fri 9:30 am to 4:00 pm.
A candidate should be authorized to work in USA. Students with OPT need not apply.
Role and Responsibilities:
1)Perform clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
2) Should be capable to face the inspection by Private accreditor and then medicare inspector at our office successfully.
A formal training will be provided for the same.
Manage data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
Assist in office management duties, including scheduling appointments and maintaining office supplies.
Support medical reception functions if applicable, including patient check-in and appointment coordination.
Utilize computer software for administrative tasks, ensuring efficient workflow within the office.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies.
Experience
Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred but not mandatory.
Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as it enhances communication with diverse clientele.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment are crucial for success in this role.
Experience in customer support or office management will be considered an asset.
