Asphalt Equipment / Heavy Equipment Operator (Full-Time)
Location: Robstown, TX (On-Site)

Pay: $15 – $25 per hour (based on experience)
Hours: 40 – 75 hours per week
Job Overview
Brooke Paving & Construction LLC is looking for reliable and experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to join our full-time asphalt paving team. If you take pride in your work, can run paving equipment, and want a steady, long-term position with a reputable South Texas company — we’d love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
Operate equipment such as pavers, rollers, skid steers, and loaders
Support daily asphalt paving operations with a safety-first mindset
Work efficiently outdoors in hot conditions
Follow directions and collaborate with crew members
Maintain equipment and report issues promptly
What We’re Looking For
Asphalt paving experience (strongly preferred)
Strong work ethic and reliability
Team-oriented attitude
Physically able to handle long days and outdoor work
Reliable transportation to job sites
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Valid driver’s license (preferred)
Willing to work long hours, including overtime and weekends as needed
Schedule
Monday to Friday
12-hour shifts
Overtime and occasional weekend work depending on project needs
