The Maintenance Technician is responsible for general cleaning and minor maintenance duties.

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8am to 5pm or FT Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Maintain property in a timely manner including completion of work orders assigned.
Assist in trouble shooting mechanical issues.
Facilitate outside contractor visits and repairs as needed.
Secure all equipment on a daily basis.
Perform general maintenance duties including plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry and a repairs.
Maintain tools, supplies and all lawn equipment to ensure safety at all times,
Secure all equipment on a daily basis.
Assist with housekeeping duties and grounds keeping duties as needed.
Comply with all safety procedures for equipment operation, including personal protection equipment.
Uphold the core principles of Cenikor's culture to help maintain a positive working environment for all team members.
Maintain strict confidentiality on all client and foundation matters and refer questionable issues to your supervisor.
Perform additional duties as assigned and consistent with the non-exempt functions as defined in this job description.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION:
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Knowledge of general maintenance of buildings,
Ability to understand and follow work orders and to make independent and good judgment decisions within proper policy and procedures.
Knowledge of safety precautions with equipment including plumbing and electrical. ? Ability to detect problems and report information to appropriate personnel.

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience:
One year experience of related experience
